The theme ‘Hayabusa Anniversary Display ’ is open to the interpretation of the photographer. But entries should feature a Genuine Suzuki Hayabusa. Each entrant can send in one photo. We can only accept photos in JPEG format and only up to a maximum size of 1mb. We will not accept composite images - submissions that stitch two or more separate photographs together to make one image, or that superimpose elements photographed separately onto an image. We will not accept the use of AI during the creation, design or development of the images. The photo upload is open to UK residents only (including residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Pictures of children (under 18) are not eligible to be included. Entrants under the age of 18 are not eligible to take part. Participants must complete all sections of the online form and tick to confirm that they are 18 years or over. Participants must also confirm that the photo which has been uploaded has been consented to by the person/persons shown in the image and is owned by them. Without this consent you will not be able to upload your photo. The photograph submission period closes at 10am on Wednesday 30th October 2024. Submissions received after this time will not be considered and will be deleted. Suzuki GB PLC cannot accept any responsibility for any problem with the internet service provider, network or other system which may result in any entry being delayed or not properly registered. The chosen photos may also be used in other promotions of the Suzuki Hayabusa. All entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The participant must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the submission. Where an individual or a residential or commercial property, belonging to someone other than the photographer is featured, or it has been taken on private land the photographer must seek permission and be prepared to provide written consent, when requested by Suzuki GB PLC. Further, participants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs. Participants will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to Suzuki GB PLC. By submitting the photograph all participants grant Suzuki GB PLC the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on Suzuki GB PLC’s national website, Suzuki GB PLC’s official social media channels, included but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok and Suzuki GB PLC’s Press site in perpetuity. Participants whose photographs are one of the selected to appear at the 2024 Suzuki GB Motorcycle Live Stand grant to Suzuki GB PLC the further rights to publish and exhibit their photographs in print, or in any other media in perpetuity. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses. Participants must ensure that the photograph is not used to publicise or promote companies, individuals, organisations or causes. Suzuki GB PLC reserves the right to cancel this submission or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This photograph submission is administered by Suzuki GB PLC. Original Photographs will be retained by Suzuki GB PLC until 31/12/2024 at which point they will be destroyed. The Suzuki Stand Graphic Image which may contain your image will remain in circulation until 31/12/2025 at which point it will be destroyed. Data of those participants who do not opt into marketing will be deleted on 31/12/2024. Those participants who opt into marketing will have data stored in line with our privacy policy.
